Yacht charter in Palma de Mallorca · Fiestas En El Mar — Varios Barcos (2010)

We booked Sergio's boat for 16 of us on a stag party. Initially communication was really good in the run up to the event. We had to move our embarkation point to Puerto Portals instead of Palma due to the boat show at the weekend. We were told to arrive 15 mins early which we did, I tried to call but had no answer, left some messages asking where they were but had nothing back. Waiting until our time and called again, nothing! Called around 8 times and left messages on WhatsApp and click and boat. We were of the point of about to give up and eventually got a call half and hour after our booked time. We then were sent the wrong location of the boat and eventually got on the boat 45 mins after our slot. The boat hadnt been there before this point as we walked around trying to locate it! We then didn't receive an apology from the crew or a reason for the lateness. The trip itself was good, but then still ended promptly at the time we were due to finish, not extending it for the lateness. The skipper then had the cheek to ask for a tip! Needless to say we did not tip. I would like 25% of my costs back but I don't think this will happen. Thanks for a good trip, but parts of it could be massively improved! Mainly poor communication on the day of the charter and apologies being given for lateness! Thanks
