I have very mixed feelings about this charter. AURORA is a beautiful boat in remarkably good condition. I usually charter boats only 2–3 years old, but this 10-year-old yacht is maintained to a comparable standard. The team is professional and clearly puts a lot of effort into maintaining her, including during the charter. The boat has twin rudders, a powerful bow thruster and a substantial keel, and I found manoeuvring in marinas surprisingly easy. She handles wind well and can be turned very effectively in tight spaces using the bow thruster. Unfortunately, we experienced two technical problems that had a significant impact on our holiday. I don't think these are necessarily representative of what most guests will experience, but they affected our particular charter considerably. The first was an electrical problem. The service-battery voltage dropped very quickly whenever we were not running the engine or connected to shore power, so we could not normally use the fridge and cabin fans at night. This was particularly difficult because the weather was extremely hot. The company genuinely tried to solve the problem and even replaced the service batteries during the charter, but unfortunately this did not resolve it. I also had to buy a shore-power extension because the supplied cable was too short to reach the connection in some marinas. I hope the underlying electrical problem has since been identified and fixed. The second issue was the anchor windlass. The company arranged repairs promptly, first repairing the motor and later replacing it completely when it failed again. From a service point of view, they did make a real effort to solve the problem. Nevertheless, dealing with the two failures cost us a significant amount of holiday time and caused us additional inconvenience and expense. My other reservation concerns communication. Vasso was very responsive throughout the charter, although I sometimes found the approach rather strict. Harris, from the technical team, was clearly knowledgeable and professional in his work, but I found his communication somewhat unfriendly. At times I felt that I was an obstacle rather than the customer. His memorable “PLEASE! I must do my job!” has actually become a running joke in our family. 🙂 On the positive side, the check-out was straightforward and fair, and the company did not look for reasons to make additional charges. After the charter, I asked the company whether they would consider some compensation for the disruption, lost time and additional expenses. They declined and raised several other issues which, in my view, were not my responsibility. We clearly have different views about this, so I will leave it at that. Overall, my experience was genuinely mixed. The yacht itself is excellent and exceptionally well maintained, and the company responded quickly whenever something went wrong. Unfortunately, the electrical and windlass problems had a substantial impact on our particular holiday, and some of the communication could have been better. Despite my personal experience, I think most charterers who do not encounter these technical problems would have a very good experience with AURORA. For that reason, I am giving 4 stars.

The boattrip was very beatiful. I proposed to my girlfriend on the boat. Antonio was really helpful with organizing the proposal. The boat was clean, well-maintained, and perfect for a relaxing day on the water. We truly enjoyed every moment and would definitely recommend this boat rental company to anyone looking for a great experience.

Très bon contact avec Jean-Michel qui est à l’écoute et conciliant. Le Voilier est marin et sur. Il y a eu quelques avaries secondaires, sans lien grave avec la navigation. Bon voilier dans l’ensemble.

Went with my family for a 2:30-8:00pm block. Both Antónios were amazing. Communication and flexibility with pickup time were extremely prompt and considerate. After doing my search on multiple platforms and listings, I strongly advise you just book! We were served wine, cheese, meats, and bread upon arrival. The size of the boat was perfect. The bathroom was extremely clean. Overall, António went above and beyond to ensure we had an amazing time. He generously gave us extra time and ended the trip with an additional lap around the town square area.

Don't put your family or friends on a boat operated by Mallorca Blue Sea. I personally would not trust this company with the safety of anyone. We had booked a skippered charter for six guests. Every fact below was later confirmed in writing by the operator himself, so this isn't my word against theirs. It's their word. We were anchored in a sheltered bay. Guests asleep. Safe. At midnight, the skipper decided to leave, and did so with the dinghy still trailing on its line. Within the hour that line was wrapped around the propeller: no engine, 35 knots of wind, pitch dark, coast to leeward. Everything that followed was a consequence of that one decision. The vessel is disabled, the wind is rising, and the skipper refuses to call for help. So a guest does. I keyed the Mayday on Channel 16 myself. The Spanish Coast Guard came and towed us in. While we waited, guests were steering the boat. The skipper was below deck. Later he was in the water with a knife, night, squalls, no lifejacket, no tether. Nobody died or got hurt, luckily. I've thought a lot about how little that had to do with the captain. After the charter, the operator's written response conceded the engine failure, the tow, and the sealed lifejackets, and then told me that any rescue costs or fines would be passed on to me for having called the Coast Guard.

На данный момент у нас разбирательство с владельцем яхты. В объявлении не указано что топливо не включено!!!! В объявление указано, что включена работа мотора 4 часа, что обычный человек поймет как и включение топлива, ведь мотор не может работать без топлива. Поэтому будьте внимательны с этим вопросом! В других объявлениях четко указано, что топливо не включено, в этом нет! Не знаю специально это сделано или нет, но с меня сейчас требуют 1600€ за топливо.
