About the experience
An experience that combines physical activity, wellness, and sailing along one of Liguria's most enchanting coastlines. Fit & Boat Cervo is designed for those who want to spend a day unlike any other, alternating outdoor exercise, sea, and moments of pure relaxation aboard a comfortable catamaran.
The day begins at 10:00 a.m. at Marina degli Aregai with a guided walking session along the Riviera dei Fiori cycle and pedestrian path. Accompanied by Wim's trainer and equipped with headphones provided by the organization, you will participate in a program dedicated to muscle activation and wellness, immersed in the panoramic views of the Ligurian coast between Marina degli Aregai and San Lorenzo al Mare.
After the fitness activity, around 11:30 a.m., you will board the Hunter 41 for a relaxing sail to Cervo, one of the most beautiful villages in Italy. From the sea, you can admire the profile of the famous hilltop village, with its colorful houses and characteristic church overlooking the Mediterranean.
The day will continue with swimming breaks in the clear waters of the Riviera di Ponente, moments of relaxation on board, and free time to enjoy the sea and the scenery. The catamaran's spacious interior offers the ideal setting for relaxing in the sun, sharing the day with friends or family, and enjoying the sea in complete tranquility.
In the late afternoon, the return to Marina degli Aregai is scheduled for a pleasant aperitif on board, the perfect way to conclude the experience while admiring the Ligurian coast from the sea.
Lunch and aperitifs are available upon request for an additional €25 per person. Catering and a hostess are also available to further customize your day.
Fuel is not included in the price of the experience and will incur an additional €50.
