My Wife, Daughter and I have just returned from a dream holiday in Italy. The highlight of our trip was our boat on Lake Como! We were met at the boat ramp right on time for our little run through on boat operation. This was very informative, and I feel that the emphasis on safety was spot on. We hired the boat for 4 hours, as Scottish folk this was perfect for us in the hot sun and when we were stopped to appreciate the awesome scenery we made use of the perfect condition sun shade on the boat. I feel the price was very reasonable considering the overall experience and the amount of fun we had. Also, consider the risk of giving a boat to a stranger, I appreciate that the cost all goes toward this. When we are next in Como we will for sure return. Thanks for accommodating us. Malcolm

We booked a boat with Roberto months ago. Everything was smooth until we got there. We had to take a bus that took over an hour through Lake Como and we were late 45 minutes. We met with Roberto he didn’t have a boat for us, even though we were communicating nearly every 5 minutes explaining our situation. Then we had to wait another 1.5 hours for them to get us a boat. As we are leaving he says we only have 1.45 hours on the boat instead of 4 hours. We paid $472 for only 1.45 hours, he took the whole price and didn’t want to give refund. If it is our fault for being late which it is not, he should’ve had a boat ready for us right away and we would’ve left on the boat and lost the 40 minutes. Roberto seems to only care about his business, it was not a fair situation. If booking be on time, or don’t even show up because he won’t refund and he will give your boat away.
