    Miguel A. welcomed us very well, but there was a tremendous wind and this little boat is not appropriate for that climate. When we worried about the wind, he said it would disappear in two hours. IT WAS NOT SO; to the point that the rough sea forced us to return after two hours because the waves filled the boat with water and the situation was dangerous. The engine is minimal and we did not even have oars in case of emergency. (I clarify that I am a Nautical Driver with a license and 15 years of experience). We were bailing by hand continuously. When he returned and asked us to consider the state of the weather and that we could not make our planned departure, he WASHED HIS HANDS and did not even compensate us with another date or partial refund. I consider that the efficiency of the weather forecast is the responsibility of the provider; not from the client. You can't use it as an excuse for the complete failure of our outing. He charged for the entire day as if it could have been done. He did not agree to watch the videos where we showed him the state of the sea and the waves entering the boat. For all of these reasons, I consider myself grossly disappointed. I DO NOT RECOMMEND IT AT ALL. -------------------------------------------------- ---------------------------- Owner's response: Hello Susana, what a pity that you are not realistic with your comment. You went out sailing and returned 6 hours later when your rental was about to end, not 2 hours as you say in your comment... The sea was in perfect conditions for sailing, but you wanted to look for any excuse to demand a refund of the money that was not It didn't fit at all. If you had sailed and enjoyed practically the entire day, how were we going to refund your money, we still offered you another date and you didn't want it either. This boat is a license-free boat and has the power to navigate perfectly and at a very good speed. We really believe that you lack a lot of experience and not those 15 years that you said you had.     A great day. The weather was bad on the day we first booked but was very happy to work with us to find a more suitable day. The boat is great and has everything you need (water does get in the boat and there is nowhere to put valuables but we made it work) The area where you pick up the boat from seems off on first arrival but when you actually get out on the boat it’s perfect and the sea is so blue and clear. With a few coves to protect you from the wind if it changes direction. Very easily contactable and gets back to you quickly. Also clear with the instructions. I would highly recommend and I would jump at the opportunity again. Thank you very much
