Everything was great, very happy with the experience.

We were greeted by Raoul's school. They weren't very friendly and didn't arrive on time for the meeting. The ad mentioned a refrigerator on board, but that wasn't the case, which was a shame.

Everything was fantastic. Raul was available all day to help if we needed anything. The boat was very comfortable and maneuverable. We will definitely be back.

Everything was great, the boat was very comfortable and Raúl was fantastic.

We spent a wonderful family day with a two-year-old. Raúl couldn't be nicer. He welcomed us and explained everything extremely well. He recommended beautiful, spacious beaches for easy maneuvering. The boat is super easy to navigate and has everything you need for a great day. I had questions about how to refuel, but both Raul and the sailor at the gas station were very kind and explained everything perfectly so I could do it myself. In short, I highly recommend it if you want to spend a day enjoying Menorca in a special way.

It’s so nice that the boat had a table we could eat/drink on as well as a front area to hang out in. Raul was very accommodating and communicative. Would definitely rent from them again!

The skipper was unprofessional, lying on the sofa sunbathing. He said that we had a cooler and told us to go buy ice because we hadn't brought any. Not even a bottle of water as a courtesy, nothing. When I made the reservation I asked if there was a bathroom, they didn't answer. I asked about the weather, that it seemed like he was going to be sick and two days later they told me that he was at the gym, he couldn't answer.

Totally recommendable, Raúl is a very attentive, flexible and totally understandable person, he helps you in everything he can, I would repeat without hesitation, so do not hesitate to enjoy a boat experience in Menorca

Raúl gave us exquisite attention from the beginning. Everything was fantastic for a spectacular day around the coves recommended by Raúl around Mahón. Completely recommended.

Uncooperative skipper, I had to help him with several maneuvers without having any idea, and he even blamed me when he hit the boat when arriving at the port. He was more concerned with doing the freediving and getting me to tip him than with finding a cove that was not very crowded.

Perfect boat to sail with my family x4. GPS navigation, easy-to-assemble awning to eat in the shade, we have done the north coast of Menorca from Mahón to Cala Cavalleria perfectly. I don't consume much either, I paid €120 for fuel, which I filled up myself. To add a but, the boat would be more comfortable to carry with a stool or seat that would allow you to rest during navigation. For the rest very good

READ THIS BEFORE RENTING: The experience was disastrous, nothing recommendable with this company. We arrived at the port and when it was time to pick up the boat, he asked us for €1,500 as a deposit, when the website asked for €1,000. He also wanted to charge us for the paddle board when we had already paid for it before. We had an incident with the anchor that got stuck on some rocks and we couldn't pick it up. We called and he told us that he was tied up and couldn't come to help us. We should maneuver to see if it would come loose or we would have to cut the rope. We maneuvered and even went down diving but due to the depth and without oxygen it was impossible. We had to cut the rope, we left the anchor there, we sent the exact location and video in case they could come and recover it. We had to return the boat at 6:00 p.m. but he told us to be at the gas station at 5:00 p.m. because there would be a line and so we did. When we were entering the port, he sent us a message saying that if we want to extend we have another alternative anchor on the boat, that he has gone sailing with other people and will arrive at least at 8 p.m. We had already entered the port, we refueled and told him where we were leaving the boat, keys, etc... He had to be there to receive us but that was not the case. A person outside the company had to help us rob the company of his own free will. We sent several messages saying who we were giving everything to and we didn't get a response until more than 2 hours had passed... Everyone was waiting for him to come and in the end when he picked up the phone he told us that we could leave without a problem, we wasted the entire afternoon There, it was unfortunate. We agreed that I would go to recover the anchor and if I couldn't, we would look at several budgets to reach a consensus. The three days after the incident he says that he went sailing but that I cannot go to that area due to bad seas, a week later he tells me that he has gone but he has not found it and he sends me an invoice that he had already paid, without saying anything. The bill was very expensive, I looked in several places and it was cheaper by far, I told him and he told me that he had to buy in that store because he was a customer and they did all the maintenance. The invoice did not have any discount and I told them, as a customer, don't they give you a discount? He told me no, that he promised to give me a refund of €100. I asked for a quote from that same store without being a customer and they directly gave me a 10% discount, the difference was already €100 between their quote and mine, not to mention that VAT is also deducted. A month after the incident, I still had not received the refund, I complained and he told me that I had to close numbers with his manager. After two months I complain again and he answers that he has to close the season, so be patient. He confused me with other clients who apparently suffered a breakdown on the boat, he also made them pay with the deposit and promised them the same thing, to return €100 and from the conversation I could see that he had not returned it either and he was also giving them pause. . To this day I have not received the refund nor have I claimed more, I am not going to waste my time with people like that anymore. I have the messages, the photos, budgets, invoices, it is more than documented. If you read this, I hope you value it and look for another company to rent a boat, otherwise you run the risk of the same thing happening to you. It is very sad that people take advantage of these unfortunate incidents.
