Leo should not be permitted to operate charter vessels on this platform. In my experience, the boat provided was unsafe and should not have been carrying passengers. Our charter was delayed by nearly two hours while the vessel was subject to a police inspection. After the inspection, we were switched to a different boat than the one we had originally booked. The replacement vessel did not match the listing, and once underway, numerous gauges and instruments were inoperable. The boat also experienced serious mechanical issues that left me genuinely concerned for the safety of everyone on board. What made the situation even more alarming was that the captain, Julien, told us he had only just met Leo that day. From my perspective as a customer, this raised serious concerns about whether the operation was being managed professionally and safely. Click&Boat's handling of this matter has been just as troubling as the charter itself. Despite my providing extensive photographic and video evidence, the company failed to conduct what I believe was an impartial investigation and instead accepted the owner's version of events without meaningfully addressing the evidence. Even more concerning, my dispute—which involved significant safety and potential liability issues—was handled by a customer service representative named Maxime. During his investigation, he contacted the wrong charter captain and then attempted to blame the confusion on me, even though I had booked a second, entirely separate charter only after this incident had ended. This basic investigative error demonstrates that my case was not reviewed with the care and diligence that a serious safety complaint deserves. My primary concern is not simply obtaining a refund. It is preventing another family from being placed in what I believe is a dangerous situation. Click&Boat should immediately suspend this listing and commission an independent investigation into the vessel, the accuracy of its listing, and Leo's operation before allowing additional customers to board. Shame on Click&Boat for failing to prioritize passenger safety and for dismissing documented evidence of what I experienced.

I’ve taken many charters from Click&Boat and this was by far the worst experience. We booked to leave St Tropez at 10am and the boat did not arrive until 10:40am, and given we were on a tight schedule for this 4 hour experience to reach a lunch reservation this delay was very inconvenient. When I spoke to the boat owner / boss the excuse was that there was a lot of traffic coming into the port that caused the delay. Given it was high season he should have known this and factored that into his timing. That said I appreciate issues can arise but when I asked about a discount given we would be chartering the boat for less time he became very aggressive and rude and actually said he was going to cancel the reservation. At the time he said that we were already all onboard and heading out to see so not sure what he was going to ask the skipper to do. It was a horrible experience to be spoken to like that. He demanded we pay the full price which we did - we had no choice. The boat itself also appeared much older than described and we weren’t even offered any water. Overall a horrible experience and I wound recommend others select a different boat if looking to charter in St Tropez.
