À fuir absolument : matériel dangereux et loueur intimidant Une expérience déplorable. Le bateau était inutilisable : la chaîne de mouillage beaucoup trop courte rendait tout ancrage impossible et mettait clairement la sécurité en danger. J’ai signalé le problème à plusieurs reprises, mais le loueur a préféré nier l’évidence. Pire encore : plutôt que de reconnaître sa responsabilité, il a tenté de m’intimider, attitude inacceptable de la part d’un professionnel censé inspirer confiance. Résultat : journée gâchée, stress permanent, et aucune solution proposée. Ce loueur ne respecte ni ses clients, ni les règles élémentaires de sécurité. Si vous tenez à votre tranquillité et à votre sécurité, ne vous approchez pas de ce loueur. Réponse du propriétaire: Dear Mr. Cyril, On the day of your rental, we provided you with a full area briefing, including anchoring spot recommendations. You were then taken to the boat and given a complete boat briefing, covering all onboard systems and the use of safety equipment, in compliance with Portuguese maritime law. You inspected the boat, agreed to take it out, and raised no concerns at the time. At this point it is also important to mention that, free of any extra charge, we upgraded you to a newer, bigger and more modern boat as a gesture of goodwill, since it was available on that day. Which you reported to the platform afterwards as "not providing the boat described". Regarding maritime safety, we must clarify that you were seen tied to the 300-meter marker at Praia do Alemão. We have several witnesses, both onshore and on anchored boats. This practice is strictly prohibited, and in doing so you displaced the marker from its original position. Although you did not admit this to us, even when asked directly, we have sufficient confirmation of what occurred. After your return, when you raised a concern about anchoring, we immediately agreed to assist further. Two of our skippers went out with you to the same location where successfully anchored at more than 10 meters, despite your claim that the anchor was too short to reach 7 meters. As explained, the issue was not with the boat or equipment... Furthermore, you were offered a full refund if the equipment was proven faulty, which it was not. We entirely disagree with your review, as it does not accurately reflect the service and support you received. No other clients have reported issues with anchoring till day. Calling us thieves, threatening us with your position, contacts, lawsuits against us, and making unfounded accusations was very disrespectful, and no, we can't agree to tolerate that. Our company, operating since 1996, has always placed safety and professionalism above all else. All of our boats are carefully maintained, undergo all necessary inspections, and are fully compliant with maritime regulations. We remain confident in the quality of our service and in the way this situation was handled. Perfect boat trip. Perfect and very professional welcome. Special mention for the departure briefing and boat handover: very comprehensive and good recommendations. It was a fantastic day! Our skipper, Julio, showed us the most beautiful spots and was also very informative about the area. Because the boat isn't too big, we were even able to enter the caves. We also swam, snorkeled, and used the tube behind the boat. We had a great time!
