    The weather created the best conditions for a wonderful boat trip. Unfortunately, things turned out differently. We came on board and were neither greeted by the skipper nor did he introduce himself to us. However, he immediately demanded the money from us. However, it was €200 more than agreed and than stated on the invoice. The boat owner (who also did not introduce himself) kept talking to us in an unfriendly tone. I repeatedly showed him the invoice and the confirmation from Click&Boat about the agreed price. He claimed that the invoice from Click an Boat was not relevant, although I had already transferred the first part online. We met in the middle and paid €100 more than agreed after we had already discussed it for 45 minutes. We just wanted to get going and not let it spoil our mood. We drove at the lowest speed possible directly along the coast. We stopped in the first bay. This was very beautiful and we enjoyed the wonderful water. When we asked for the WiFi password, we were given the rude answer that there was no internet. (WiFi is described in the offer for this boat) After the music box we had brought with us had played empty, we asked if we could connect our cell phone to the speakers on the boat. Again, the answer was that this was not possible because the speakers were broken. We had 3 children (7, 9, 10 years old) with us, who tried to ask the skipper in English for paddles. He completely ignored the children and didn't even look up from his cell phone. We drove into a second bay. After that, we didn't see the skipper again. He was watching a film and reacted annoyed when we asked him for a glass. Before the return trip, I asked for a charging cable for my cell phone. He just said "No" it was his. At first I thought he hadn't understood me correctly. When I asked him to lend it to me again, he asked me why he should do that. I replied that it was polite. To that he replied: TODAY IS NOT THE DAY TO BE POLITE. I hope I was able to give you an impression of that day and the team on that boat. I would never rent there again or even remotely recommend Joan as a landlord and skipper. If it hadn't been for the attempted fraud and the unfriendliness throughout the day, we would certainly have been happy to overlook the poor condition and the uncleanliness on the boat. All in all, really NOT recommended!!!!!!!

    Spoiled vacation! The owner knew that the sea was stormy, took the money and deliberately left the port. Despite the fact that he saw that there were many children with us. In the end, everyone got seasick, the children were hysterical. We returned to the port in 2 hours. On the proposal to make a partial refund we received a categorical refusal. It's despicable. Think twice about renting this old trough.
