Liberato est un propriétaire à l'écoute et réactif. Nous avons réservé la veille au soir et il à été disponible via message jusqu'à tard dans la soirée. La qualité des explications étaient claires et concise. Nous n'avons pas eu de surprise désagréable lors de notre location. Le bateau était très agréable d'utilisation et complet pour ce que nous avions prévu la journée. Un bac réfrigérant avec de la glace ainsi que des accessoires pour l'eau (masque de plongée, planche) étaient fournis à bord. Lors de notre location un accrochage à eu lieu avec un autre batelier. Liberato et son équipe ont été présent sur début jusqu'à la fin pour nous rassurer et trouver le meilleur compromis afin d'arranger là situation. Ils ont passé près de 6h en relation avec les assurances et la partie adverse afin de trouver le meilleur arrangement possible pour que nous ne soyons pas pénalisé et puissions profiter du restant de nos vacances. Je tiens à les remercier pour leurs compréhension et leurs dévouement tant à la réservation que à la fin de notre location malgré l'accident. En quelques mots ; Ponctualité, écoute, actif, compréhensible, rassurant et d'une gentillesse. Merci pour ce moment passé lors de cette journée qui à été la plus belle de nos vacances !
