Whether you're looking for a romantic getaway, a family outing, a watersports adventure, or simply a relaxing break on the water, you can get closer to your ideal vacation with just a few clicks. Please note that a boating license (SBF Binnen Motor) is required for operating the houseboat. Alternatively, you can also operate the houseboat yourself with a charter license (see below) for the duration of your booking. You'll love our gem, "MoDo," right away. The… - 40hp outboard motor, - and a bow thruster ensure safe maneuverability. The well-equipped and clearly laid-out helm station leaves little to be desired for the skipper. An electrically controlled gear and speed unit, and hydraulic steering, allow for safe, precise, and reliable control of the houseboat in all driving situations. Engine gauges complete the instrument panel. To ensure year-round usability, the houseboat is equipped with a generously sized central heating system. As long as there is sufficient diesel fuel and electricity, you can enjoy a cozy warmth day and night. The water pipes are protected against freezing. There are no disruptive noises from a forced-air heating system or a damp interior. The extensive onboard amenities contribute to your enjoyment of relaxing days on the lakes and inland waterways of Mecklenburg, Berlin, and Brandenburg. Finding the perfect place to sleep... a) On board: - 2 adults in bunk beds - max. 2 adults on a sofa bed b) A spacious tent can be set up on the roof terrace. - 2 adults (e.g., the "young crew"). The bedroom and bathroom can be separated from the living and cooking area by a sliding door. The wet room is equipped with a - spacious shower including a thermostatic shower mixer, - a wall-hung toilet, and - a sink. Hot and cold water are, of course, available. The bow of the houseboat features a covered outdoor seating area - with a swim ladder. - A dining table with chairs for passengers fits comfortably here. At the stern, there are also - two large storage lockers, which are also inviting. You can cater for your own needs in the fully equipped galley with: - a 122-liter/53-liter refrigerator-freezer, - a built-in sink with hot and cold water, - a single-burner gas stove with oven function, - an additional electric cooktop, - a Lotus charcoal grill, - a coffee machine with pod or filter function. Most of the roof area can be used as a terrace and is equipped with: - a sun deck. There is also plenty of space to lie down on a suitable mat and enjoy the sun. The sun deck is easily accessible via a sturdy and well-connected external spiral staircase. The entire houseboat offers ample space and storage for your belongings. Sports bags and backpacks are best suited for this purpose, rather than bulky suitcases. The majority of the roof area can be used as a terrace and is equipped with: ... A 220V power supply is guaranteed both when connected to shore power and while at anchor or underway. Sufficient USB ports and power outlets are distributed throughout the boat. Depending on individual usage patterns, self-sufficiency in electricity, water, and wastewater disposal is ensured for several days up to two weeks. To monitor the various energy sources (electricity, gasoline, diesel, grey water, and wastewater), the houseboat is equipped with the necessary instrument displays. This allows the crew to keep track of the current situation at all times and incorporate their needs into route planning in advance. Approximately 380-liter plastic tanks for grey water, gray water, and black water are installed below deck. For secure anchoring, a folding anchor with a sufficiently long anchor line is available. For docking maneuvers, the houseboat is equipped with fenders and mooring lines all around. ... This tank will be full upon check-in. Additionally, a full 20-liter, 10-liter, and 5-liter jerrycan will be provided in the lazarette at the start of your trip. This usually eliminates the need to refuel. At the end of your trip, fuel consumption will be billed according to actual usage. Upon request and prior arrangement, beverage and food packages can be provided on board. This way, you can cast off immediately and begin your relaxation. The houseboat is designed for mobile use. Please set sail on your arrival day and moor the boat again on your departure day. Other Information If you do not possess a "SBF Binnen Motor" boat license, you can purchase a charter license from the owner for the duration of your holiday. This requires a minimum of 3 hours of instruction (theory & practice). The cost for this is €95. To operate the houseboat with a charter license, prior experience handling a recreational boat is required. Please note that the cruising area is restricted with a charter license.

Uns gefällt am besten, dass mit dem Losmachen der Leinen sich sofort alles entschleunigt. Seit Jahren geniessen wir dieses Gefühl auf und mit dem Wasser. Als technisch vielseitig interessierter und handwerklich sehr begabter Mensch, habe ich uns ein gemütliches Hausboot geschaffen, welches zuverlässig funktioniert und viele lieb gewonnene Aspekte des „schönen Wohnens“ erfüllt. Beim Ankern auf einem schönen See und Früh morgens mit den Tieren in den Tag zu starten, ist einfach herrlich. Wir sind sehr dankbar und froh, solche Momente mit erleben zu dürfen.
