Angela is fantastic! She wrote back to me immediately and gave me a competent, honest opinion that we wouldn't get the boat due to the wind, but would only get it when conditions improved. She could have just as easily not cared, just collected the money and been done with it. But she wanted us as customers to have fun, and she definitely did! She's available around the clock and even responded to me immediately at 10:00 PM the night before – that's not to be taken for granted. Unfortunately, due to technical issues with the Click&Boat app, I couldn't make a booking. Angela even took the time late in the evening to make it possible for me. The team was incredibly friendly upon arrival, answered all our questions, and gave us a great explanation of the fantastic boat, which was in top condition. We had a wonderful boat trip and would rent a boat from Angela again anytime. Thank you so much!
Perfect! Angela was very attentive and the boat was in excellent condition. The advice he gave us was incredible for a good day on the boat!
