Catamaran - 12m — Fountaine Pajot - Lavezzi 40
Hello, I'm renting my "ZIHUAT" catamaran, Lavezzi 40 based in Martigues, on the Côte Bleue, 30 km west of Marseille. I realized an old dream. I intend to enjoy it in the Mediterranean a few years before retirement and perhaps the big departure. "ZIHUAT" was refitted in winter 2021/2022: 1 engine changed, new bedding and cushions, redesigned sails, Inavix navigation system on Ipad tablet and I intend to continue to embellish and improve it over time. It has 4 double cabins and 2 bathrooms. It can accommodate 8 adults to sleep + 1 child in the saloon. The catamaran is self-sufficient in electricity (solar panels) and has all the modern comforts: bimini, oven, fridge, pressurized water, deck shower, paddle, masks, etc. On the navigation side, it is equipped with GPS chart plotter, autopilot, AIS, anemometer, depth sounder, life raft, navigation software and maps on Ipad, dinghy with 15 HP 4-stroke engine etc... It has 2 inboard diesel engines of 30 HP each. You can visit the Côte Bleue, its heavenly and little-known creeks and anchorages of course, but also the creeks of Marseille and Cassis, Porquerolles and the Iles du Levant as far as the Iles de Lérins and the bay of Cannes. If you wish to cross to Corsica or the Balearic Islands, you must book at least 2 weeks, to be sure of being able to return in time whatever the vagaries of the weather. Looking forward vincent

Je m'appelle Vincent, 56 ans, vétérinaire à Carro sur la Côte Bleue Enfant, j'étais inscrit dans des écoles de dériveurs en Bretagne tous les mois d'août. Nous avons acheté avec 2 amis un Ranger Class à 25 ans et j'ai eu mon premier "bateau à moi", un ketch de 12 m en acier, en 1995. J'ai beaucoup navigué en Méditerranée avec "Mambatô" (c'était son nom) et j'ai eu le bonheur de vivre à bord dans la calanque de Port Miou à Cassis pendant 2 ans. Je l'ai changé en 2005 contre un sloop de 12 m en bois moulé epoxy, "Oona", qui nous a offert lui aussi de belles navigations entre Corse, Sardaigne et Baléares. Je viens de le convoyer à Porquerolles avec son nouveau propriétaire, et d'acquérir mon Lavezzi 40, rêve devenu réalité. J'ai loué des catamarans de croisière à de nombreuses reprises et ai toujours été séduit par leur confort et leur vitesse. J'ai la chance de vivre au bord de l'eau , à 5 mn de mon bateau et d'en profiter un maximum. Je ne passe jamais une semaine sans aller le visiter. Si tout se passe comme dans les rêves, nous ferons notre "grand voyage" dans 5 ans. En attendant, nous allons profiter de notre cata, nous préparer nous et lui, et le rentabiliser un peu grâce à Click and Boat. Voilà les amis, je pense vous avoir dit l'essentiel de mon CV marin.
