Hello Navigator, we invite you to read our selection of FAQ's to solve your previous doubts and minimize your waiting time. With this system we try to innovate and streamline the reservation process. Half day rates in winter correspond to charter for 2 hours FAQ's -WHAT EXTRAS DOES THE BOAT HAVE? Bimini awning, fridge, snorkel goggles, gps/plotter with chart, shower, bluetooth speaker, USB charger. - IS A LICENSE NEEDED? YES Spanish pattern: GNP Non-Spanish skipper: any enabling title for maritime navigation in this vessel -IF I DON'T HAVE A LICENSE, DO I HAVE TO HIRE AN EMPLOYER? YES. Its cost is €240 full day or €170 half day. It will be requested when making the payment of the booking. - WILL I HAVE ASSISTANCE AT DEPARTURE AND ARRIVAL? YES A member of our team will meet you at the agreed place and time once the reservation is confirmed. He will explain the operation of the boat, dock and undock the boat and assist you at the gas station at the end of your departure. -AVERAGE FUEL EXPENDITURE FOR A WHOLE DAY? €100 The boat is delivered with a full tank and at the end of your trip our partner will assist you to refill the fuel consumed. -IS THERE A POSSIBILITY OF USING DRAGS? Full day from 10:00 to 18:00. Half-day rentals from 10:00 a.m. to 1:45 p.m. or from 2:15 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. - CAN YOU EXTEND SCHEDULE? YES It will be contracted at the time of check-in. Cost €30/hour -WHAT IS NOT INCLUDED IN THE PRICE? Fuel, skipper, food and drink. -DO I HAVE TO DEPOSIT A DEPOSIT BEFORE LEAVING? YES It will be deposited at check-in. Amount €600. -WHAT HAPPENS IF THE WEATHER PREVENTS SAILING? You can choose to change the date of the reservation (depending on availability) or refund the amount charged by 5om -CAN YOU CONTACT 5om DIRECTLY by phone or before confirming the reservation and making the payment through this website? NO The system automatically removes any contact data with third parties in your chat. Only once the reservation is confirmed will our contact details be provided. At this time we will send you videos with instructions for using the boat, how to get to check-in, recommendations for routes to take and information of interest. -WHEN/HOW IS THE RESERVATION CORFIRMED? It is confirmed at the end of the payment through this website. In the event of any incident with the payment process, you must contact the support service of this website. -WHERE IS THE BASE PORT? Promenade of Palma de Mallorca -IS THERE PARKING FOR THE CAR IN PUERTO BASE? YES Within our Marina there is free private parking for customers -WHAT SERVICES DOES THE BASE PORT HAVE? Inside our marina you will find “El Corte Inglés” supermarket, restaurant, cafeteria with terrace, free private parking for clients, showers and changing rooms. -WHAT ROUTES CAN WE TAKE? From our base port, given its ideal location, there are different alternative routes. Once you confirm your reservation, we will send you videos with different alternative routes to take, outstanding places, places to eat or a beach club to visit. -HOW DO I KNOW IF THE BOAT IS FREE ON THE SELECTED DATE? Our reservation calendar is updated so if the desired date appears available, the boat is free. You just have to make the payment through the web and they will send us a request for us to accept and confirm the reservation as soon as possible. WHAT SHOULD WE BRING ON BOARD? Towels, sun protection, bags of ice cubes for the ice box and to keep the drinks and food you bring cold, it is recommended to wear warm clothes in case of a cloudy day. IS IT POSSIBLE TO ORDER DRINKS AND SNACKS ON BOARD? We offer provision service for both drinks and food, not included in the rental price.

Very Nice boat, easy and nice welcome/presentation of the boat and the Marina. Very good and easy communication thru out the booking, sailing and returning of the boat. 100% recommend and will use this company agian next time we need a boat for a beautiful day in Mallorca
Excellent January charter for the day. Great boat (we were with just 2 but would take 5-6). Fair price. All the usual onboard equipment was there. Honestly no complaints. Jorge and Jonaton were very quick with comms etc. Will book again thos summer 😉😉😏

Highly recommend booking with Jorge. Fast and efficient communication, managed to cater perfectly to our needs. Very informative booking confirmation with videos of how to use boat controls and location details. Excellent boat with good equipment onboard. Also have a great suggestion of a route to take.
We were amazed by the excellent rental through 5 oceans management. It started with a few questions upfront through the clickandboat website which were answered within only a few minutes. We placed a reservation and a day before the rental we got an extensive whatsapp with all the necessary information. A few tutorial videos explaining how the boat is operated and a explanation how to get to the dock now it has become a construction site. Very easy to follow. On the day itself we got once more all the details explained by Jonatan, who was very kind and a good instructor. The boat itself was excellent as well. Everything was in good condition and we even got quite a few tips to visit some places (with their location saved in the navigation). We were a bit worried that 9 people would overfill the boat (750 pacific craft) - but there was plenty of space. They even had life vests for the children. If we will come back to Mallorca, we definitely will come back here!

Hired boat through Jorge. Exemplary, courteous and professional from the start. Quick response to initial booking request. Within hours Jorge had sent a welcoming message via WhatsApp. Any questions and queries were answered in a timely manner. I hired for a full day and was provided some excellent information, proposed routes, restaurants and instructional videos of the boat. Accurate time and location details were provided the day before joining. I was introduced to Jonatan who I met at the dock to receive the boat on the day. Again, extremely professional and courteous. He provided an excellent walk through the boat and it’s equipment which was all in good working order. The boat was clean and tidy on arrival and can see it is maintained to a high standard. Unluckily, the weather conditions on the day were not favourable. Jonatan checked in on myself and my wife throughout the day to make sure the weather had not got the better of us and gave some options of where to go to seek shelter and make the most of it. This sits well with me knowing that the guys ashore cared for our safety. Can not recommend 5om enough for boat hire. A professional outfit. I will use these guys again next time. Thank you.
We had a great time out on the boat with our captain, Pep - he made the experience so lovely and made us feel comfortable out on the sea. The boat was in great condition. My only areas of improvement for the whole experience is to have ice on board prior to us taking the boat out and to have more than one noodle on board as these are low cost and easy ways to make floating on the water more enjoyable. Overall, great experience and would recommend!
