The moment we arrived, we were greeted warmly by the staff, who were both friendly and efficient. They immediately made us feel welcome and taken care of, which set the tone for the rest of the day. The boat itself was in pristine condition—spotlessly clean, well-maintained, and clearly cared for with attention to detail. You could tell that safety and customer satisfaction are top priorities here.
