Her Oceanvolt SP15 electric motor doubles as the most efficient hydrogenerator on the market, charging the batteries while sailing. Safety is taken extremely seriously on board. Hi there, My name is Piet Bouma, and I started sailing as a boy on the Frisian lakes. Now, at age 60, I have sailed thousands of miles. I am a sportive sailor and like to go fast. In my younger days I skippered on 65 ft barges, organised sailing holidays, sailed many inshore and offshore regattas, worked on boats and surfboards. In my professional career, until 2025, I was a HVAC sales- and servicemanager at two International companies. In 2025 I changed course and since then I am, together with my wife Ester, partner and skipper in the registred Dutch sailchartering company fastcruising.yachts VOF. Currently, June 2026, we are sailing in the Azores and in July 2026 we are back in the Netherlands. You can step in this sail plan. Check it on our website. We sail a sportive but comfortable French JPK39FC yacht. This is quite an experience, because it is a planing yacht in the right wind conditions. JPK is the leading brand in European regattas. I like sailing and sailing with enthousiastic people. I like to share my knowledge and experience with others sailors and sailing rookies. The wind is our Oxygen. Come and sail with us.
