Cancellation Policy Please note that the following cancellation policy prevails over those of Click&Boat: • The first 15 days after booking confirmation: free cancellation if the renter so requests. EXCEPTION: For short-term bookings, the renter must pay for cleaning the boat if the cancellation is made 24 hours or less before handover. • After 15 days of booking confirmation: The renter must pay the full amount in case of cancellation. Pay 100% of the rental price. If a replacement tenant can be found for the period, the tenant will receive a full refund, excluding a €150 processing fee. The tenant will only be refunded after the booking has been completed. After the booking is confirmed, the tenant will sign a rental agreement with the landlord, which includes the cancellation conditions stated above.
