The day before departure I received clear and complete instructions with all the necessary information to expedite the departure the next day. I received the contract that we would sign digitally, so I could read it calmly and save time the next day when receiving the boat. On the day of the reservation they arrived with exquisite punctuality at the agreed point. They offered to help us very kindly take our things to the boat. The boat was exactly the one we had booked in a very good state of preservation (or rather excellent!) and well maintained. We greatly appreciated their help with the undocking in the morning and the docking on the return, since we had not gone out on a boat for several years and it took away the stress that these maneuvers always produce. In short, it is a very professional company with a great team behind it, with exquisite customer service and an excellent product (boat) at very competitive prices and without small print in their contracts. If you are thinking of renting in Alicante or the surrounding area, I highly recommend considering this option. We will definitely be back.
