    The boat does not correspond to the advertisement, we arrived at 8 but the owner told us that it was not possible to board because the boat can only accommodate 7 people, but on the advertisement it is writes that we can sail at 8. In addition, the boat is much smaller than in the photos... We are young people who wanted to do a day of boating, which represents a large sum for students and opposite we have an owner not understandable, no apologies ... disappointing

    I didn’t receive the meeting point adress after several re-launches the day before. I receive the adress at 3pm and when i was at the meeting point the boat owner told me it was too late !! Now i’m trying to obtain the reimbursment but nothing happen. They stole 560€ from me… i’m so furious !
