The first time we dropped the anchor, we had to raise it by hand; the second time, we had to lower it and raise it by hand, and we couldn't stop anywhere else because of this. We lost a lot of time because of this, and the quality of the day wasn't what we expected. They didn't offer us any solution when we raised the issue.
