The experience was amazing, we enjoyed it immensely and definitely want to do it again. The boat was really cool and had lots of things available for us to use and enjoy. The captain and his assistant were also fantastic and made our experience unforgettable. The owner's service was also top-notch. We are extremely satisfied.

We booked the Astonada 3 boat from Helmut through the Click&Boat platform for a family trip (4 adults and 4 children) from Marina Dénia to Cala Sardinera - a beautiful destination, and we genuinely enjoyed the time we spent there. Initially we paid €500 for the boat and an additional €57 for the weather rescheduling option, which we unfortunately had to use due to bad weather. However, the rescheduled trip was reduced from 4 hours to 3 hours, with no adjustment to the rental price. My recommendation is to ask for a written breakdown of every additional cost before confirming your booking. Although the listing stated that fuel was not included, no estimated fuel cost was provided before booking. We only received this information a few hours before departure. At the end of the trip, we were charged €190 for fuel, but no explanation was given as to how this amount had been calculated. There was no visible measurement of fuel consumption before or after the trip, no transparent procedure to justify the final charge. Another unexpected charge was the €130 skipper fee. The Click&Boat listing stated that the skipper was included, yet we were asked to pay for the skipper separately before leaving the boat. An additional €70 cleaning fee was also charged. Some of the advertised amenities did not match what was actually provided. The listing mentioned snorkeling equipment, but there was only one snorkel mask available for a group of eight people. There was no drinking water, towels, snacks, or ice on board. When we asked for ice for a bottle of champagne we had brought with us, the only option offered was to purchase a bag of ice for an additional charge. The €70 cleaning fee was also difficult to understand, as some areas of the boat were still wet and not properly cleaned. Communication could also be improved. Although the booking was made through Click&Boat, we were informed that further details would be shared via WhatsApp after payment. In reality, we only received the necessary information on the evening before departure, and only after repeatedly contacting the company ourselves through the platform and by phone. In the end, we paid approximately €900 for a 3-hour boat trip at 30 km from the Marina. For me, this wasn't about whether the experience was expensive—it was about transparency. It would have made a real difference to know the estimated total cost before booking, including fuel, skipper, cleaning fees, and any other mandatory charges. It would also have been helpful if the Click&Boat listing had accurately reflected what was actually included on board, allowing us to set realistic expectations from the start. Clear communication through the platform, rather than receiving important information via WhatsApp only a few hours before departure, would have made the overall experience much more enjoyable and helped us avoid unexpected surprises.

I want to thank Alejandro and Alex for making us very welcome and giving us an unforgettable morning/afternoon at sea. The boat was great, we had the perfect cove to sunbathe, snorkel and paddle-board with great tunes playing the whole time. It’s quite an expensive treat, but one I would recommend saving for if you have never done previous.

We had a fantastic boat hire trip thanks to Helmut and skippers, both called Alex, to celebrate our friends Hen Do. The boat was clean and well-maintained, and the whole experience was great from start to finish. We sailed along the beautiful coastline and stopping at Jávea, which was absolutely stunning & the water was crystal clear. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout, making us feel welcome and ensuring we had the best time. It was a fun and memorable experience that exceeded our expectations. We would highly recommend this boat hire company to anyone looking for a great day out on the water in Spain and would definitely book again in the future. Thanks again for an amazing end to our holiday!!

It was a great day with the family, the boat was in perfect condition and Alejandro was a very attentive and professional skipper, we had a wonderful time and we will do it again.

We had a great time on the boat, very spacious and the cove we drove to was perfect for swimming / paddle boarding! Good speaker and friendly crew. Seas were a bit choppy so fuel ended up $180 for the half day. Would definitely recommend!! Thank you :)

We have a nice trip,,starting with little, going to beach granadela, but there was to much wind to lay still, we did go back to other beach and stay shirt time, the wind was going stronger, it was a nice and good experience, the skipper alejandro was very nice, only we thougt we got Helmuth, on the last message from, Helmuth we hear that it was Alejandro, he speaks a little bit englisch.

Helmut was the nicest person in communication on this platform. He is reliable and replied very fast. Bilal, our skipper, was fun and friendly, even tho we didn’t speak Spanish very good. The boat isn’t new, but still very good for these money. We have been as a company of 8 people, and even for 10 it still could be quite comfortable. We paid around 300$ for gasoline. Don’t hesitate and rent. Thank you!

Excellent communication beforehand with Helmut. Skipper Bilal welcomed us warmly at the pier. Bilal was a super pleasant skipper who drove us to two beautiful bays and was always available for a friendly and courteous chat. The trip was incredibly fun and highly recommended.

No snorkeling equipment was provided, although we were promised it would be. However, the communication with the owner was good, and we received a small discount. The skipper was nice, but he did not speak English, which made communication difficult.

Excellent crew and host. Despite some inconveniences, everything was very good. I recommend it. We will be back!
