    The rental experience started well: we were greeted warmly and the staff was helpful. Unfortunately, upon our return to the dock, the situation changed radically: no one was there to welcome us, and we had to manage the mooring ourselves in a difficult-to-maneuver area, with a narrow pier that was very inconvenient to reach. After asking for help, in a difficult situation, we noticed a different young man than the one who had greeted us, who looked like a beachgoer. The young man who provided assistance was very nervous and grumpy. We also encountered some technical problems on board: the shower wasn't working, making it impossible to rinse off at the end of the day, a particularly annoying detail after a full day at sea; upon returning, we were covered in salt spray. Overall, the organization upon return and the poor maintenance of the equipment ruined what had started out as a promising experience. It's a shame, because with a little more attention to detail and complete assistance, it would have been a much more professional service.

Unfortunately, the skipper—who was very kind, by the way, and that was the only positive aspect of the day—had not been informed of the planned itinerary. As a result, we didn't see anything of what was planned, including a significant portion of the route that included monuments and a visit to the moat. At the end of the trip, the price was increased without justification, under the pretext of adding fuel, even though the price agreed in advance was supposed to include everything. When I called the owner to discuss it, he refused to discuss it, refusing any discussion despite the evidence of our exchanges on Click&Boat and WhatsApp. No commercial consideration, no effort to understand or rectify the situation.     We rented the boat before our vacation. Made a pre payment and the final payment a day or 2 to 3 before arrival. The communication went very well. Nice and communicative people. The boat is docked in Livorno. A bit tight to go away, but they helped with that perfect. Livorno has a beautiful coast. Ideal to sail with this boat. The boat can sail slow and relaxed, low noise. But can also be fast, where the boat needs some time to go to max rpm. I can 100% advice Filippo to rent a boat. Thanks for the experience.

    During the online booking phase, a rental duration longer than the actual one was indicated. This error influenced our choice, which we thought was more advantageous than other offers. It is an error that was only clarified after having paid the booking money. Even if we were offered to cancel the reservation with a refund of the money, in my opinion it is not good to indicate incorrect rental conditions. The boat was beautiful, clean and spacious and we were fully satisfied. Technically there was a problem, because the engine hadn't started in the middle of the sea. However, we were assisted via telephone and finally managed to leave again. I am sure that this boat problem will be solved. Finally, the amount of petrol we had to pay after our trip seemed high to us. It must be, in my opinion, more transparent as to how much petrol is consumed. Next time we will look better to understand how we arrive at the calculation. That said, we felt welcomed by the rental staff, who explained the important things to know well. So, despite some flaws we had a good time, and given that the boat is really well looked after, clean and comfortable (which is not always the case), we will gladly turn to Filippo in the future too.

After a wonderful day at sea, I was able to take a nice shower and take advantage of the bar and restaurant service. In the evening we also ate pizza there, completing a perfect day. The boat we rented was brand new, beautiful and above all very clean. It was our first experience on a boat and, although we were initially a little scared, the staff was very patient and explained the rules and operation of the boat in detail. He was very dedicated to us, answering all our questions and making the experience very pleasant. They advised us to visit the Secche della Meloria marine protected area, which is just 10 minutes away. We had never seen it before, but I must say it was a wonderful discovery. Another positive aspect was the cost of petrol, which was really low thanks to the new and more efficient engines. Thanks to this wonderful opportunity, we will definitely do this experience again because it is truly worth it. I highly recommend this boat rental service to anyone who wants to live a unique and unforgettable experience! A thousand thanks!
