    This has been the worst experiance in booking, planning, getting answears from Lucio, not superhost that for sure, only what I want to is have all clear, thats far from that in Lucio case, planning zero stars, nothing no healp at all , how can he be a superhost when you dont get no answears, booking zero points, I jus wbat to have all clear , said total price was 2240 and the I got contract and I didnt see any more extra cost there but asked if it was. What did I get no answears , so one the morning of crusing I get message the I have to pay fuel about 1400 euros and or we dont go, they said it was in the contract, but still I dont see it, feel robbed, It was so teerable booking prosess, I didnt tell anyabout this in the party of 13 so we dont have to ruined the day.

    I booked this boat as it noted early in the description it had a Sea Keeper stabilizer. The crew was late for the pick up and upon boarding I asked to have the AC in the cabin on and the Sea Keeper on - only to be told that the generator was not working and so there would be no AC, Fridges or Sea Keeper. I was not told this at all prior to my trip and would have cancelled the trip had I known. We were told there had been an electrical fire two days prior to our trip so I was not sure why I was not notified and why the boat was even on charter ! I boat a lot and have my own larger vessel and making sure all is working and is safe is important. We spent the next several hours thrown around as the waters were not calm, and the boat uncomfortable and very warm and to top it off my wife was very ill. We went to Ischia however again with no stabilizer or AC -so the ride and on anchor uncomfortable. At our request we pulled anchor after about 15 mins in search of better calmer water with no luck. The captain then took us to a small port where we disembarked to try and get a break from the sea. We had a lunch planned on Ischia and the captain took us to port and then told him to call so he could collect us after our lunch which was at 3pm. The captain left the port with the boat which I found odd. Upon completion of our lunch we reached out to give the captain ample time to return to the port to collect us. We left lunch after reaching out with no answer and arrived at the port - no boat and still no answer. After 6 or 7 phone calls that went unanswered we finally got a call back to be told they would be 5 mins. We did wait for a while longer to have them finally return and with no explanation or apology got underway back to Capri early. The final bill was presented with what seemed to be high - almost 1K liters in fuel and port charges for a port they didn’t stay in. Overall - this was not a good day trip and while the vessel is a 2020 does need to be properly detailed if it’s to be used as a charter. I did not find this of good value and should have been advised of the working order of the boat prior to our trip - lesson learned to ask next time. Overall very disappointed.

Francesco and Giovanni made sure we had a great time in the water. Water, soft drinks, and fruits were provided which was really convenient for us as we didn’t have to bring anything. I had frequent communication with Lucio prior to our arrival to solidify our menu, food and itinerary. Both Lucio and Francesco went out of their way to accommodate us in any fashion.     I have chartered many boats in many locations, and this one rated among the very best. This is the first time I used Click&Boat. I shall certainly do so again as the communication through the app worked really well, even having the Capt arrange a pick up from our hotel and our return to the airport. The yacht itself was quite new and exactly as described and shown in the images. She was still very smart and tidy and is clearly well maintained, with all linens fresh and clean. The Capt was exceptional, aside from his excellent skippering capabilities, he also managed to get us brilliant berths in both Capri and Ischia at short notice. He made reservations for us in restaurants that were impossible to normally get into and really respected our privacy while we were on board. His itinerary, ports of call and recommendations were all spot on, he clearly knows his way round the Amalfi coast. All in all, everything was truly perfect!
