    We are very disappointed with the service we received. Several months ago, we specifically booked a Colnago 38, which was the largest and most powerful boat available. This was the main reason we chose this company and accepted the higher price. However, only one and a half days before our trip, we were informed that the Colnago 38 was no longer available and that we would instead receive a Colnago 33, which is an older, smaller, and less powerful boat. At that point, it was impossible for us to find a comparable alternative, so we had no real choice but to accept the downgrade. To make matters worse, we were charged the full price of the Colnago 38 without being offered any compensation. We also checked the prices on Click&Boat and found that the Colnago 33 is normally advertised at around €1,500 per day, while we paid €1,650 for the Colnago 38. In addition, the boat was supposed to include towels, but none were provided. We were also told that the company would arrange a lunch reservation at the beach club, but no reservation was ever made. We believe this is completely unacceptable. We paid for a premium boat but received an inferior one, with missing amenities, while still being charged the original premium price. Another aspect that we found very concerning was the payment method. We were required to pay a large part of the rental price in cash, which we found highly unusual for a professional charter company. This raised concerns about the transparency of the transaction and whether it complied with standard tax and invoicing practices. Regardless of the reason, it did not inspire confidence and fell well below the level of professionalism we expected. We therefore request: - A refund reflecting the price difference between the Colnago 38 and the Colnago 33. - Compensation for the inconvenience caused by the last-minute downgrade. - An explanation as to why the agreed boat was not available despite our reservation having been made several months in advance. Unless this matter is resolved fairly, we will have no option but to leave honest reviews on Google, T describing our experience so that future customers are aware of what happened. We hope the company will handle this complaint professionally and offer an appropriate solution.

    Greeted by a wonderful Captain & Hostess. Very friendly throughout the whole day even though there was a few strange questions from our guest. Good knowledge of the places we visited. Hvar, Laganini and a swimming place where they dropped anchor for a lovely swim in a clear blue ocean. We appreciated the whole trip from start until the end with a highly professional crew and a great boat

    Perfect day on the water with Captain Tomo and Lana! They took our group of 4 on an unforgettable tour from Hvar to the Blue Cave, Vis, Komiža and Stiniva. Tomo is an expert skipper who knows every hidden gem along the coast, and Lana was incredibly attentive and welcoming throughout the entire trip. The Colnago 38 was spotless and comfortable. They went out of their way to make our experience special — great recommendations, perfect timing at each stop, and genuine warmth. Hands down the best day of our 12-day trip through Croatia and Montenegro. Highly recommend — book with confidence!

    Our day on the water was our favorite day of our 6 days in Croatia! Everything about the experience was absolutely amazing! Both Lana & Tomo did everything in their power to make sure we had a great time aboard! They were extremely nice, knowledgeable, professional, and so fun! Our 4 year old made a lifetime friend, as did we❤️ we will forever recommend this group to all our friends and family that visit Croatia in the future ! Thank you so much!

    We had an amazing experience! The boat was brand new, spotless, and looked fantastic. Our skipper took us to two beautiful bays for swimming and to a restaurant that can mainly be reached by boat – such a great experience. We were 12 people and everything was comfortable and well organized. Highly recommended!
