We offer our First 25 (2017 Performance edition) for the program that suits you: regatta, cruise or stroll. Rental is open for the day depending on availability or by boat alone. This boat is both comfortable and fast, reassuring and pleasant to maneuver, its lifting keel is suitable for navigation on the Arcachon Bay: Eyrac harbor, Île aux Oiseaux and its tchanquées cabins, Dune du Pyla, Banc d'Arguin, Cap Ferret with its beaches and oyster villages, and other nice places. We can accompany you for a day as team navigators to guide you on the Basin, its discovery, the opening of the oysters, etc... It is equipped with a fixed VHF-ASN which means that at least one person on board must hold the CRR or a license (at least coastal). Bridge side: It is equipped with a Horned Mainsail (self-supporting rigging, sheet rail on aft beam), a Furling Genoa and a Code Zero on furler. All maneuvers (including the balance) are sent back to the cockpit. On port side is the steering compass, on starboard the displays (wind vane/anemometer, log/speedo, depth sounder, position). Its inboard engine is a Yanmar 14CV. Autopilot can be plugged in if requested. Cabin side: The front cabin (sliding door) is designed for 2 beds, breathtaking view of the sky. The marine toilet (sliding door) is equipped with a black water tank (in case of anchoring in the protected areas of the Basin) and its deck hatch can be opened. The “sea view” saloon can be converted into beds (2 + 1). The kitchen has a sink, a stove, a cooler (ice packs available in supermarkets) and meal essentials. The chart table area houses the on-board electricity and electronics, fuel and battery gauges, and a very practical 12V socket. I leave, beyond the maps and regulatory works, the CRAS rule, the dry-point compass, a bearing compass, a pair of binoculars and a portable anemometer available. Practical side: the inflatable annex is equipped with a new TORQEEDO electric motor from 2020; the available anchorage is on the Cap Ferret peninsula side, at the oyster port of Claouey (oyster farmers, sailing club and restaurants on site, market hall and supermarket 500m away).
