    First of all, the captain of the boat was a very young boy and inexperienced. He didn’t even know how to drop the anchor and could barely steer the boat. He was a well-intentioned person, but he hardly spoke any English, so communication was very difficult. Additionally, we were told there was a shower on the boat. However, the water supply was nearly nonexistent. After just two uses, the water was completely gone. Even the Bluetooth for music didn’t work properly. Every time we dropped anchor, we took the initiative and almost did everything ourselves because we were more experienced than him. Every year, we rent a boat in Greece, and the level of service there is far superior to this. Honestly, if it weren’t for the captain’s good intentions, this would have been a bad experience.

    It was an amazing experience, definitely recommend, the tour around the island is gorgeous, with the option of swimming is clear water. Michele, our skipper, was the best. He was so patient , respectful and waited for us, recommended restaurants and helped a lot. My only problem was that the drop off is at the marina piccola , which wasn’t mentioned before.

    First of all, the boat is NOT 23 ft as advertised and is not the boat that is in the picture. I rented this boat for 2 days to do a tour of Capri and of the Amalfi Coast. Communication was lacking and I have to repeatedly reach out to the owner to get any kind of instructions. And then on the morning of the sail day, the captain texted to let me know that the weather was bad and that he didn't feel safe to take us out. But the owner ignored the suggestion and told the captain to proceed with the tour. The boat that showed us was this tiny old (no bigger than 17 ft or 5 meters) and not the 23 ft or 7 meters boat that was advertised! We headed out towards Capri and it was the most traumatic boat ride I have ever had! The wind was so strong that for 1 hour, my family of 4 were being splashed with cold water! We were holding on to dear life! By the time we got to Capri, we were drenched! It was not this luxurious relaxing vacation that we had envisioned! The poor captain felt so sorry for us that he called the owner and told the owner to cancel the tour because it was too dangerous to continue. But to get back to our hotel, we will have to pay another 76 euros for the ferry and the only ferry back is 5 hours later! So, imagine my family drenched in salt water and had no direction as to what to do at this port! The owner agreed to reimburse us for the ferry ride and said that he was going to make it right for us on the 2nd day and put us on a bigger boat. Well, that was a lie. He wants us to pay another 220 euros for a boat that is supposed to be the one we originally paid for! After I questioned him, he became upset and rude. So, we decided to cancel and get a refund. Again, as expected, we still have not gotten a refund. So, let this be a warning! You are not going to get what you paid for so if you don't want to ruin your vacation, rent from someone else!

    I have contacted the owner 12 times in regards to a refund. Be VERY careful about booking with this owner. His "partner" contacted me via Whats, APP, and stated that he would be cancelling our reservation. I though "ok, that's a bummer but no worries." Long story short he would NOT cancel the reservation on the app and so Click&Boat paid him my money for the reservation. He has stated over 12 times he will send me money through our messages and that he would send the refund, basically hoping that I would forget about it. I finally contacted Click&Boat and they are of ZERO help. They stated they can't give me the refund because they already disbursed the funds to his account. So UNLESS he gives them the money back then I won't get paid. This boat is a SCAM. He has a few other listings on here and goes by different names. Please be careful and protect yourself. This was all the way back in August and still have not received any money!

I have engaged my skipper in another tour and just before the starting time Irina contacts me to say that she managed to catch the plane and land on time in Capri (capri doesn't have an airport, it was clearly an excuse not to to do the tour then the urge returned and she said this). At that point I sent her the boat she had booked, guided by another skipper who decided to be accompanied by a translator, the client used this thing to invent throughout the day that another was on board " couple".
