Good morning, Sailboat equipped with 3 double cabins and a berth in the saloon, with 2 WC/Showers. Easy to sail with its furling sails (mainsail and genoa) with a small draft and a bow thruster. For safety, it is equipped with AIS. Ideal family boat with TV. Nearby navigation areas, the Gulf of Morbihan, Iles de Houat and Hoëdic, Belle-Ile, Île de Groix and to the south Guérande, Pornic Noirmoutier and much more. We live in Arzal, near the port, and therefore easily available. Optional extra final cleaning of €100 per reservation to be paid directly at the port
