Our myFERIENBOOT 1, a Floating 44 model, is located on the largest inland lake in the Mecklenburg Lake District, also known as the Great Lakes Region. The Mecklenburg Lake District, with its main town of Waren on Lake Müritz, offers endless nature trails for cycling, jogging, horseback riding, and hiking. On the four large lakes—Müritz, Kölpinsee, Fleesensee, and Plauer See—you can enjoy boating, sailing, waterskiing, and stand-up paddleboarding. The area is also perfect for golfers, with five golf courses waiting for you. The state-of-the-art Floating 44 houseboat is a marvel of space efficiency, featuring plenty of glass and natural materials. Its optimal layout includes two full bedrooms, a glass-enclosed living area with an open-plan kitchen, and a spacious bow terrace, making this houseboat truly unique. The houseboat can be accessed via two separate entrances at the stern. (Smoking is not permitted anywhere on the boat) Top-of-the-line modern amenities including a flat-screen TV, home theater system, Wi-Fi, dishwasher, Nespresso machine, modern barbecue grill, and a Grohe rain shower in the bathroom. We can also rent you two boats, accommodating up to eight people. The rental price includes one kayak and one stand-up paddleboard.
