Il mio rapporto con il mare iniziò all'età di 15 anni con la subacquea, prima in apnea e successivamente con immersione a scopo fotografico. La navigazione iniziò nel 1980 con gommoni a motore per spostamenti mirati all'attività subacquea fra le isole italiane, isole minori incluse. A vela dal 2006, con navigazione prevalentemente fra Grecia, Croazia, Baleari con barche a noleggio e Mar Tirreno con la propria barca.
