Description of Antoine's sailboat
Sailboat - 12.3m — Dufour - Dufour 41 Classic
Sedna has just returned from a long voyage in the Mediterranean and is longing for the offshore swell. It's a Dufour 41 Classic with 8 berths, although I recommend 6 or fewer for greater comfort. It's equipped with an autopilot with wind mode, an on-board computer, and a fully equipped galley with a fridge, oven, and stovetop. A solar panel and a wind turbine, along with a large battery pack, ensure complete energy autonomy. The bathroom features a toilet and an indoor shower, as well as an outdoor shower. It has all the latest safety equipment, including a 6-person, 24-hour offshore life raft. It's a very comfortable cruiser on which you can explore the northern coast of Brittany. To the west, about a 5-hour cruise, you can anchor on the magnificent Île de Bréhat. Further afield, you can explore the Pink Granite Coast or even go as far as Brest for the more adventurous (about 24 hours). To the east, Cape Fréhel, Saint-Cast, and Saint-Malo are beautiful summer sailing destinations. To the north, 9 and 11 hours away respectively: Jersey and Guernsey and the exotic Anglo-Saxon Islands. My partner and I just returned from our trip and really enjoyed life on Sedna, so it's time for others to enjoy it. The boat is moored at Le Légué, which is a port with locks, so you have to adapt to the tide times. The lock schedules are available at this address: (Contact information hidden) If the schedule doesn't suit you, I offer, depending on my availability, to deliver the boat to Saint-Quay for €100 (delivery + port).
