An unforgettable week at sea! We had the most incredible week-long boat trip with our skipper and chef — truly an experience we’ll never forget. Our skipper was exceptional: professional, attentive, and always focused on our safety and comfort. He took the time to understand our preferences and made sure we discovered the most beautiful places along our route — hidden coves, stunning beaches, and perfect snorkelling spots. He was also a fantastic snorkelling coach, helping us make the most of each underwater adventure! The chef was equally amazing, preparing delicious meals every day that felt both creative and perfectly suited to life on the water. Every dish was fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented — a real highlight of the trip! Beyond their skills, both of them were just wonderful people — warm, kind-hearted, and a joy to be around. They made the boat feel like home and the whole experience so relaxed and enjoyable. We couldn’t have asked for a better crew or a more perfect week. Highly, highly recommended!
Had an amazing birthday with my family thanks to Stephanie who helped organise it all, our Skipper, Benjamin, who took us to all the best spots, and chef Lionel, who honestly made the best tasting fish I've ever had. Thanks again, we'll definitely be back again soon to hopefully spend a bit more time!
No issues. We had a very nice tour, skipper and cook were pretty attentive. Stephanie managed everything perfectly. Also c&b contacts took care all time. Thanks to all.
Great trip! Captain is cool and flexible
The boat itself is amazing. The experience is amazing, snorkeling and the sea life. The communication between click and boat 3rd party app and owner and then the owner and crew and the owner and the client me is terrible. Moments before getting on board, I felt cornered into paying an additional grand on-site after I paid in full online $6826 AND looking now all my contracts read the total for charter is $6,877 which in Euro is 6275.54. This is after telling me a day before charter that you were missing over $3k. All the paper work says $6,877 not $7,940 or 7052 euro. We didn't have transfers, nor stop at marine park or any pp fees. You waived the $300 pralin drop and we didn't have a child rail which was listed on the original invoice. I didn't even get any say in the meal preferences. I don't see how the discrepancy is so incredibly large? Furthermore as mentioned there was a huge miscommunication with your chef. How could she not know that we didn't have two children on board?? She seemed put off from the start that she didn't know. I couldn't have asked you more times about the food and what will be served. I should have been asked for a preference sheet after spending nearly $8 grand. She would have known at least one night to have a lettuce salad and bread with every dinner. And that we had kids. Dessert for us is a must even if its cookies from a box. And snacks as well. We were eating our own chips and nuts etc. Half the food the boys couldn't eat and I had to ask for a peanut butter jelly sandwich opening my jelly from a gift I bought for my mom as none was on board. Valerie seemed put off by this ask. Must have been her peanut butter??? And then when she had cookies on board stashed away and the boys got into them thinking they were for them, from then on she had this underlying rudeness that made being on the boat at the end very awkward and I couldn't wait to leave. I walked on egg shells asking her for anything. Her food was good but octopus for children???? All my one son ate one night was chicken legs as nothing else was edible by him. 4 chicken legs and water for a 13 year old boy. Not enough. Not ok. The last night I asked what dessert would be since we had bananas twice in a row which shouldn't have been and then fruit salad( which isn't a dessert after having fruit for every meal) . I simply asked if it could be with chocolate and she said that's something we would bring and she again didn't know we had preferences. What I was really puzzled by was we thought all food onboard was ours and paid by us as you said we paid for the crew meals. But she had four Kit Kat bars in the fridge hence why I thought maybe this was for us. 4 of us, 4 bars seemed easy math but they weren't for us???? And she told us that Silvio doesn't eat chocolate. Seemed sneaky and again having that on board when we can't have it is just wrong. Furthermore I asked for 6 beers and 6 cokes and you tried collecting $350 from me. Even considering charging your customer for a case each for over $350 is ridiculous. If you had told me it would cost $25 I would have told you I'll get them myself. But again surprising me with such charges was such a damper on the whole situation.
It was simply perfect! We had the best crew ever: with Nigel, a super experienced captain who made absolutely everything possible for us. From fishing to water sports, snorkeling, explanations about the islands, the history, the ecological system with such a rich background (former member of the Navy, then years of diving experience, then a boat owner and captain herself - what more could you want!!), and Emily, who not only magically prepared the cabins and looked after everyone's well-being, but also patiently prepared the most amazing Creole delicacies for the very hungry crew, served a wonderful aperitif in the evening at sunset and never tired of asking if there was anything missing and if everyone was well looked after (whether that can keep up with the five-star hotel we are staying in afterwards remains to be doubted). Emily is simply a top cook!). Thanks to Nigel and Emily, we were able to enjoy fresh fish every day, from squid to bonito and wahoo, freshly cooked or as sashimi. Amazing! We felt safe and well-advised regarding the itinerary at all times. The selection of restaurants on land and, above all, the fantastic tour guides on the islands through Nigel's fantastic network were simply fantastic! We found the boat to be very well maintained for its year of construction, something we've experienced quite differently in Europe. That was a very nice, positive surprise. Many thanks also to Stephanie and her team, who were absolutely present at the reception, in the background, and at the farewell (even with their own technician Vincent), and everything was perfectly organized. A holiday of a lifetime! Highly recommended and hopefully we'll be back soon!
It was fabulous! A great day with a great crew that will always be remembered! Thanks for this result ??
Perfect!!!
