Welcome aboard our sailboat, "Eclipse." A beautiful and spacious 14.45m Sun Kiss 47. Its large and exceptionally well-balanced hull ensures excellent stability, even in rough seas and strong winds.
Whether you're a beginner, experienced sailor, or seasoned pro, come and practice sailing, anchoring, and mooring techniques aboard this fast, comfortable, and well-equipped sailboat. This Jeanneau Sun Kiss dates from 1986 and underwent a complete refit in 2023. It is perfectly suited for those wishing to learn or improve their sailing skills.
With family or friends, you'll have plenty of room to feel comfortable and safe. Whether you're looking for sailing, sunbathing, or simply relaxing, "Eclipse" will delight you and adapt to your plans and desires!
Let me introduce myself, I'm Evy, and I live aboard Eclipse with Captain Fred and our 5-year-old crew member, Antoine. We've been living and sailing the Mediterranean for 8 years now, so we know this magnificent sea and its sometimes challenging weather very well.
Antoine will be sailing with us. He's an excellent little sailor and fisherman; he was born and raised on a boat… he loves sailing and meeting new people. He's known for his big smiles and his friendliness, whether with children or adults! So families with young children are very welcome on board. I'll be there to help you, lend a hand to the captain if needed, but my priority will, of course, be to look after the little cabin boy to ensure the peace and well-being of all the passengers! "Captain Fred," a trainer and former microlight pilot instructor, loves sharing his knowledge and passion with those eager to learn.
For maximum comfort, we offer private charters of the boat for your visit. We provide several sailing options for up to 4 people, accommodating two double cabins, each with a sink and hot/cold running water, plus a shared toilet (ideal for a couple with children, two couples, or friends). The capacity increases to 6 in the summer, as 2 people can sleep under the stars on the deck (the best spots!) on two custom-made mattresses, protected from potential dampness by a custom-made awning:
- Day charter from 10:00 AM to 5:30 PM
- Two-day charter with one night on board
- Three-day charter with two nights on board...
For longer charters, we would like to discuss your plans beforehand to adapt our schedule to your itinerary.
We offer a family-style half-board option.
Please bring your own packed lunch/picnic for departure, as we are often sailing at midday on the first day.
A security deposit of €500 (by check, which will not be cashed) will be required upon boarding.
For rentals with overnight stays, a linen/bedding/cleaning/meal package of €50 per person per night on board is payable upon boarding.
We will anchor in the most beautiful, secluded, and sheltered coves, especially for nights at anchor. If you wish to moor the boat in a port or on a paid mooring buoy, the port fees will be your responsibility.
You can explore the islands of Porquerolles, Port Cros, Île du Levant, Fort de Brégançon, the Giens Peninsula, Les Embiez, or any other destination within sailing distance… It all depends, of course, on your preferences, the chosen sailing duration, and especially the weather.
As a reminder, here's what to bring:
Swimsuits, towels, sunscreen, hats, light, long-sleeved clothing, your picnic/drinks, a mask and snorkel (optional), anti-nausea medication, and of course, your smile and good humor!
A paddleboard and snorkeling masks will be available.
You are, of course, welcome to bring your own equipment, any fun or original ideas you like 😁...
We look forward to welcoming you aboard!
Don't hesitate to contact us to chat or if you have any questions…
See you soon on the water!
Evy, Fred, and Antoine.
